LEADERSHIP PODCAST
Leadership Podcast with Andrea Vadkerti
I recommend the inspirational leadership podcast by Andrea Vadkerti to everyone. In it, Andrea interviews interesting, purposeful and successful people whose insights can move you forward. We talked for an hour about why quality sleep is necessary for a healthy, functioning mind, how our brain recharges, what kills it, and when do we find out we're close to an unbearable stress threshold. Besides talking, we also exercised and enjoyed some art. Andrea is an enthusiast of neurobiology, which she studied in Singapore. She asks apt questions. She has prepared well for the interview, so I hope you will find the information in it useful.

NOT BURNED OUT
Nevyhorení, Forbes podcast on mental health in IGTV
The Nevyhorení (Not Burned Out) project seeks to help those who have experienced burnout or who feel they are heading towards burnout and want to change that. I appreciate the idea of talking about mental health, because a good quality sleep is an essential part of that. In our interview with Zuzana Matuščáková, we focused on what affects sleep in our lives and how the lack of it catches up with us.

JEAN FALLACARA
Podcast with Jean Fallacara – Cyborg, IGTV
Jean Fallacara is one of the top 5 motivational speakers in Canada. In addition to being an avid athlete (as his Instagram profile will prove to you), he is a speaker, entrepreneur, and a fan of biohacking. I would define the latter as trying to understand and improve the functioning of your own body and mind based on proven scientific facts, as well as experimenting on yourself. Jean and I met on Instagram. When the offer for an online interview came up, I accepted right away. If you’re on Instagram and speak English, have a listen to our debates. In the first one we cover biohacking, DNA and genetics, in the second we focus on sleep and improving the sleep schedule of adults and children.
